India wins toss, opts to bat first

Indore, Nov 17 (UNI) Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has won the toss and elected to bat on the second one-dayer against England here today.

India, who won the first encounter at Rajkot by a thumping margin of 158 runs, will be keen to extend their lead in the series.

They received a huge boost with explosive middle-order batsman recoving from his back injury to be fit for this match.

Yuvraj hit an unbeaten 138 during the first match to take India to victory. However, pace spearhead Ishant Sharma is yet to recover from his ankle injury.
