Court fixes Nov 22 for reply on narco test of Ahluwalia
Shimla, Nov 17 (UNI) The Special Court of Justice J L Gupta today asked the Vigilance Bureau (VB) to file its reply by November 22 on its demand for conducting a narco test on Subhash Ahluwalia, the former principal private secretary to former chief minister Virbhadra Singh.
The court passed the order on the application of the VB demanding a narco test on the IAS officer, who is under arrest in a corruption case. The application was filed last week.
While filing the application the VB had stated that Ahluwalia was concealing facts in the case filed against him.
Ahluwalia and his wife Meera Ahluwalia have been booked in a disappropriation assets case.
