New Delhi, Nov 17 (UNI)) After cool weather conditions in the last couple of days, warm weather today returned to Delhi with the mercury rising to 29.4 degrees Celsius.
After a slight drop during the weekend, the maximum temperature rose to 29.4 degrees Celsius, one degree above normal.
The high humidity level of 91 per cent, coupled with a bright sunny sky, led to return of warm conditions during the day.
Today's minimum temperature was recorded two degrees above normal at 12.8 degrees Celsius.
The warm conditions are expected to stay in the next 24 hours also with weathermen forecasting a maximum temperature of 29 degrees C tomorrow. They have also forecast a rise in the minimum temperature to 13 degrees Celsius.
The Met office has forecast a mainly clear sky tomorrow with likelihood of mist in the morning.
The city has been experiencing unusually warm conditions over the last week in the run up to winter with minimum and maximum temperatures staying above the normal.
