Thane, Nov 16: Veteran journalist Moinuddin Mehmood Mulla passed away at his residence here recently following old age.
The 83-year-old scribe died on November 14. He is survived by his wife, a son and three daughters.
Mr Mulla, who had studied law, worked with Indian Express as a journalist for over 30 years and retired as the chief reporter in 1984. Thereafter he was associated as a special correspondent with the Mid-day for eight years.
Popularly known as MMM in the journalist fraternity, Mr Mulla covered the Mumbai High Court and the legal assignments for a long period.
