Pune, Nov 14 (UNI) Vishwa Hindu Parishad's (VHP) Maharashtra West Zone chief Babuji Natekar today announced that his organisation will soon launch a nation-wide agitation against the UPA Government at the Centre for allegedly trying to appease the Muslim vote bank in the general elections due next year.

The Central Government was harassing the Hindu saints, sadhvis and organisations in connection with the September 29 Malegaon bomb blast case, alleged Mr Natekar, while addressing a press conference here this evening.

The VHP leader described the recent developments that had happened in the country as anti-Hindu and said they had hurt the sentiments of the Hindus.

He further alleged that the Central Government was adopting a soft stance in its approach towards the burning issues facing the country like terrorism and separatist movements.

Mr Natekar claimed that no Hindu organisation was behind any blasts that had occurred in the country. The Central Government was falsely implicating the Hindu saints, he replied to a question.

He asked what steps did the Central Government take on the Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru issue and against those, who raised Pakistan's flags in the Kashmir Valley or in Assam, instead the government was taking action against innocent Hindu saints.
