By Staff

Margao, Nov 14 (UNI) Durand Cup runners-up Churchill Brothers, flying high on their performance and home advantage, are hoping to garner full points against equally strong debutant Mumbai Football club, in the ONGC I League Football championship to be played here at tomorrow.

Churchill, presently placed third with 12 points from seven outings, with three wins, three draws and a defeat, are one point ahead of Mumbai Football club and hope to bounce back following their 0-1 defeat against Kolkata's Mohan Bagan in the away match.

The visitors with 11 points from equal number of outings with three wins, two draws and two defeats too looked confidant. both the teams will battle it out for full points.

Churchill manager Danzil Ferrao said, '' we have forgotten the defeat suffered at the hands of Mohan Bagan due to some defensive lapse though my team had performed well in the away match.'' '' The team is fully fit and also without any double booking.'' the coach added.

Mumbai team, which started as a hot favourite from the start with wins over seasoned strong teams Mohan Bagan, East Bengal and Mahindra United in a row, failed to mentain the winning spree as they lost against Sporting Club and Air India and drew against Dempo and lowly placed Vasco in their other outings.

Kalia Koluthunga, Felix Abaogye, Abel Hammond, Abhisek Yadav, Riston Rdorugues, Noel Welson and Aseen K are the key players for the visitors, who are ready to give their best in the match.
