Court orders investigation in case against Thackeray
Patna, Nov 14 (UNI) A local court today ordered police to investigate a complaint lodged against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena(MNS) chief Raj Thackeray and submit a report soon.
Chief Judicial Magistrate (in-charge) Shailendra Kumar ordered the officer-in-charge of Kadamkuan police station to investigate the case against Mr Thackeray and submit a report as soon as possible.
Earlier, a complaint case was filed in the court of the Chief Judicial Magestrate by advocate Kailash Nath Diwakar, alleging that on the instigation of Mr Thackeray, a youth from Patna, Rahul Raj, was killed in a fake encounter by officer-in-charge of Bel Bazar police station and other policemen to divert the attention from the murder of Pankaj Kumar, who was earlier lynched by the goons of MNS in Mumbai.
