Air traffic, including Haj flights remains suspended in Kashmir
Srinagar, Nov 14 (UNI) Air traffic, including two special Haj flights, remained suspended so far due to heavy snowfall in the Kashmir valley today.
No incoming and outgoing flights from Shek-ul-Alam international airport operated so far airport manager Mohammad Iqbal told UNI.
He said the runway was still under snow and no flight could operate from the airport today.
He said, ''In case of some improvement in the weather and visibility, we will take a decision about the flights later.'' The Haajis, who were scheduled to leave for Jeddah today, remained at Hajj house Bemina.
Meanwhile, hundreds of passengers remained stranded at the airport.
