Complaint against Cong candidate
Indore, Nov 13 (UNI) A complaint has been lodged with election office here against Youth Congress Madhya Pradesh unit President and Congress candidate Jitu Patwari for violating of model code of conduct in this district's Rau constituency.
BJP workers have lodged a complaint against Mr Patwari for using a government building for talking to mediapersons.
Some supporters of Mr Patwari were arrested for using vehicles for campaigning without permission and taken to Rajendra Nagar police station.
Later, Patwari also reached there in a bid to get his supporters freed. Before leaving, he talked to mediapersons at the police station premises.
BJP workers lodged a complaint with election office alongwith newspapers' cuttings and video footage of Patwari's conduct at the police station.
Meanwhile, Patwari told UNI that he did not violate any model code of conduct though he visited the police station to see that his supporters were freed.
