Warm weather stays in Delhi, mercury at 30.2 degrees C
New Delhi, Nov 11 (UNI) Warm weather conditions today continued in Delhi on the eve of Winter season with the mercury staying one degree above normal at 30.2 degrees Celsius.
A clear and Sunny sky, coupled with a high humidity level of 96 per cent led to continuance of warm weather conditions even as the city moves towards the Winter season.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 30.2 degrees Celsius, one degree above normal.
The minimum was recorded three degrees above normal at 14.5 degrees.
The rise in mercury is likely to continue in the coming days with weathermen forecasting a rise in the maximum and minimum temperature tomorrow to 31 degrees Celsius and 16 degrees respectively.
The Met office has forecast a mainly clear sky in Delhi during the next 24 hours with the likelihood of mist or shallow fog in the morning.
