Batla House: Musa confesses to links with Atif
Ujjain, MP, Nov 11 (UNI) Ahmedabad serial blasts prime accused Kayamuddin Kapadia alias Musa alias Rizwan has confessed during interrogation to having links with terrorist Atif who was neutralised in Delhi's Batla House encounter and even resided with the latter.
Deputy Inspector-General (Anti-Terrorist Squad) Pawan Shrivastav told mediapersons here today that the Indian Mujahideen's Kapadia (26) also confessed to involvement in the Ahmedabad explosions.
''He divulged his links with militant and Students Islamic Movement of India worker Abdul Subhag alias Qureshi alias Tauqeer.
During interrogation by Rajasthan and Gujarat Police here, the Vadodara-resident denied involvement in blasts at other places in Rajasthan and Gujarat,'' the officer said.
Kapadia, who is in police custody until November 22, was arrested on Sunday by the ATS and local police near Mullapura area here while he was waiting to board a bus.
