Rajkot, Nov 9 (UNI) After an ignominious defeat against Gujarat in the opening Super League match here few days ago, Saurashtra will have to rethink their strategy when they take on Orissa tomorrow at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Khanderi, on the outskirts of Rajkot city.
On a new virgin pitch, Saurashtra, who is yet to open its account in the points table, players would have to click as they have depth in their batting department, such as Cheteshwar Pujara, Ravindra Jadeja, Sitanshu Kotak, Sagar Jogiani and Kaniya Vaghela.
Orissa, from their first drawn match against Karnataka, have one point in their kitty. The team will be led by former test player S S Das, while another former test player Debashish Mohanty will spearhead the bowling department. The pitch seems to be sporting one and not a single match has been played here so far.
