Cong hints at seat sharing in LS polls
Ranchi, Nov 9 (UNI) The Congress in Jharkhand today sought to convey the message of ''proper dialogue and seat sharing'' among UPA allies for coming Lok Sabha polls.
The UPA with 12 LS seats in its kitty out of total 14 in Jharkhand should not take any hasty decision paving way for the NDA to gain, state party president Pradeep Kumar Balmuchu told a news conference here.
He made it clear that the Congress' policy for coming election would be finally decided by the high command and what had been told so far should not be construed as party's stand.
Mr Balmuchu said the party bagged six seats in last polls and hence the Congress had natural claim over those constituencies addinbg the party would like to field candidates at Koderma and Hazaribagh as well.
He also pointed out if any of the allies including RJD planned in a different way the matter should brought to proper forum to sort out the differences.
''Our disintegration will mean gain for NDA'', he warned.
AICC secretary Abdul Mannan, in-charge of Jharkhand was present who was here to take part in a meeting of all district and town committee presidents held here.
