Mercury drops to 28.2 degrees in Delhi
New Delhi, Nov 8 (UNI) With the onset of winter season, mercury in the National capital today dropped to 28.2 degrees Celsius.
Prevalence of Northwesterlies led to a fall in maximum temperature from 30.6 degrees Celsius yesterday, to 28.2 degrees C, one degree below normal.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 14.1 degrees C as that of yesterday.
The cool conditions could persist for the next few days with the weathermen forecasting a minimum temperature of 14 degrees C tomorrow.
The Met office has forecast clear sky in Delhi in the next 24 hours with a likelihood of shallow fog in the morning.
