Chandigarh, Nov 8 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today claimed that the Congress would win with majority in all the states where assembly elections have been announced.
The Chief Minister was replying to the questions of mediapersons after speaking at the 125th Balidan Samaroh of Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati at Ajmer.
When asked to comment on the recent statement of AICC General Secretary Margret Alva that money was being sought for distribution of party tickets to contest elections, the Chief Minister denied any such malpractice in the party and said it was the task of the Congress high command to distribute tickets.
Commenting on terrorism, Mr Hooda said the problem of terrorism could be effectively checked only if all political parties and countries join hands against the menace.
When asked to comment about POTA, the Chief Minister said there were other stringent laws against terrorism.
