K'taka: Rs 2 lakh worth veterinary medicines seized

Bangalore, Nov 7: The Lok Ayukta Police seized Veterinary Medicine unauthorisedly stored at Soundatti in Belgaum District, meant for free supply by the State Government.

A Lok Ayukta release on Friday, Nov 7 said on a tip-off the Lok Ayukta Police raided the house of Veterinary Extension Officer, Animal Husbandry Department, who was found unauthorisedly storing medicine worth over Rs two lakh.

The police who also registered a case and arrested the officer.
