Srinagar, Nov 7 (UNI) As the migrant electorate would hold key in several assembly segments in the event of poll boycott during the seven-phase polling in Jammu and Kashmir, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has asked the Election Commission (EC) to make public the number of such voters in each constituency.
A spokesman of the PDP in a statement here this afternoon urged the EC that the number of migrant electoral forms issued should be made public through media for the information of all political parties and candidates contesting the ensuing elections.

The party spokesman said the EC should take all necessary measures to uphold the sanctity of election process and to avoid any sort of malpractice during the process.
