NCP denies differences in Mah cabinet
Mumbai, Nov 6 (UNI) Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) spokesperson Madan Bafna today denied any differences in Maharashtra cabinet and wondered how the cabinet discussions had reached the media.
Speaking to reporters, Mr Bafna, a former minister, said discussions with varying views do take place, while asking chief minister to look into the matter.
The clarification came in wake of media reports about the discussions on deputy chief minister's R R Patil's statement of 'Bullet for Bullet' in the Rahul Raj shoot-out case.
Speaking about the arrest of Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and army officials in connection with September 29 Malegaon blast, he said the police are doing a good job.
He said the Congress-NCP alliance will be worked out in Ahmednagar and Akola Zilla Parishad elections but it is unlikely in Nandurbar and Dhulia.
