BJP to hold 'Vyapari Hunkar' rally on Nov 18 in UP capital
Bareilly, Nov 6 (UNI) The BJP today announced to hold a 'Vyapari Hunkar' rally in the state capital on November 18 over the issues of killings of traders as well as the burden of Value Added Tax (VAT) on them.
The rally would be addressed by party president Rajnath Singh, UP BJP general secretary Rajesh Agarwal here said.
Incidents of loot, murder, kidnapping and extortion were increasing day-by-day, he added.
Mentioning the killings of jewellers' family members in two recent incidents over loot in Lucknow, the BJP leader said the traders were being murdered in broad daylight in robbery incidents, besides, they were suffering the burden of VAT.
The party would agitate over both the issues in its 'Vyapari Hunkar rally' on the said day, Mr Agarwal said.
