Silver jubilee of Association of Veterinary Anatomists
Chandigarh, Nov 3 (UNI) The silver jubilee celebrations of the Indian Association of Veterinary Anatomists (IAVA) will be held at CCS Haryana Agricultural University from November 5-7.
To Mark the occasion, XXIII Annual Convention and National Symposium on Advances in Veterinary Anatomy Teaching and Research with reference to their Clinical Applications will be organised.
HAU Vice-Chancellor J C Katyal will be the Chief Guest on the occasion while Col N S Kanwar, Commandant, Equine Breeding Stud, the Guest of Honour at the inaugural function.
According to Dr S K Nagpal, Dean, College of Veterinary Sciences and President, IAVA, more than 100 delegates from Veterinary Colleges all over the country will be attending this three-day Convention and National Symposium.
During the different sessions of the symposium, the participating delegates will deliberate upon new researches of the field and evolve new strategies for better and sustained utilisation of domestic animals.
