Surat, Nov 2 (UNI) After the Shiv Sena came out in support of Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, an accused in the Malegaon blast Case, the 'Vishwa Hindu Seva Samiti', an organisation formed by 800 students of the diamond city, has decided to campaign against her arrest.
Nirav Rana, President of Samiti, said no Hindu in India is a terrorist and can never indulge in terrorist activities.
''There have been 64 Blasts in last six months and more than 215 people have lost their lives. In every blast, it has been revealed that SIMI and Indian Mujahideen are involved but nothing has been done against them'', he claimed.
Now, when all types of scientific tests are over, the Sadhvi should be released by Police,'' Rana said.
Samiti members alleged that she had been arrested in order to shift attention from Islamic terrorism.
The members urged political parties to stop playing games in the name of Hindu religion and Community, to prevent Hindu youths from taking to terrorism.
To protest against the arrest, members of the Samiti sported black ribbons and urged Hindu youths to join the organisation to protest the Sadhvi's arrest.
