Sangma was never admitted in hospital
Shillong, Nov 2 (UNI) The family members of NCP leader PA Sangma today denied that he was admitted in a local private hospital here last evening.
'' Mr Sangma went to the hospital for a medical check-up and returned home. His Blood Pressure was normal,'' the former Lok Speaker's scion Conrad K Sangma said.
Mr Conrad, finance minister in the ruling Meghalaya Progressive Alliance government, said his father was ''physically fit'' and ''is at home'', while terming media reports as ''baseless'' and ''unfounded''.
A section of media reported here that Mr Sangma on Saturday night was admitted in a local private hospital following problems of hypertension.
