Raj Thackeray behaviour draws resentment in UP district
Gonda, Nov 2 (UNI) Various political parties set afire an effigy of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) president Raj Thackeray in various parts of the district today.
The enraged activists of the Samajwadi Party (SP), Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Congress, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Communist Party of India (CPI) staged vociferous protests over the objectionable remarks and behaviour of the MNS chief here, sources said.
After raising anti-MNS slogans, the agitators burnt the effigy and demanded a case for treason against him.
