Singapore PM condoles terrorist attacks in Assam
Singapore, Nov 1 (UNI) Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has sent a condolence letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on the tragedy caused by the serial bomb blasts in Assam.
'' I was shocked to learn of the tragic loss of innocent lives caused by the bomb blasts in Assam,'' Mr Lee said in the letter which was sent yesterday.
'' I share your view that the people of India will unite against these attempts to destroy the Indian social fabric,'' the Singapore Prime Minister added in his letter.
Mr Lee conveyed Singapore government's deepest sympathies to the Indian government, people and families of the victims.
Atleast 77 people were killed and over 450 were injured in serial bomb blasts in Assam on Thursday.
