Divisive powers' trying to halt country's progress: PM
Nanded, Oct 31, 2008: Indian Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh on Thursday called for a collective fight against divisive forces and terrorism. He added that national unity and integrity was under constant threat from these forces. Singh on Thursday participated in the tricentennial celebrations of Sikh holy book 'Guru Granth Sahib" in Nanded. Singh was accompanied by Home Minister Shivraj Patil, Chief Minister of Maharashtra Vilasrao Deshmukh and his Punjab counterpart Prakash Singh Badal.
