TID Conference from Nov 5 in Bangalore

Bangalore, Oct 31 (UNI) Over 700 delegates from India and abroad would participate in the 11th Texas Instruments Developer Conference (TIDC) to be held here on November five and six, Managing Director of Texas Instruments India, Dr Bobby Mitra said here today.

In a press release he said pre-TIDC hands-on tutorials would be held on November three and four before the main conference and 'Technologies for a greener, connected, secure, healthier and safer earth' would be theme of the conference in which delegates comprising R and D staff, academia, senior and middle-level managers from the world of technology would participate.

'' Texas Instruments is all set to enable innovative solutions in electronic design and manufacture, particularly in areas like medical, energy, security and surveillance and automotive'', Mr Mitra said adding a panel discussion on 'Alternative Energy for India : Challenges and Opportunities'' would bring major players in the area of alternative sources of energy on one platform, to highlight one of the biggest issues facing the technology world today and address the challenges ahead.
