Hyderabad, Oct 31 (UNI) Opposition Telugu Desam Party(TDP) Parliamentary party leader K Yerran Naidu today alleged that the ruling Congress government in Andhra Pradesh had failed to solve the problems of people.
Addressing a press conference here, he said instead of solving the problems of the striking teachers, the Chief Minister was actively participating in the 'Indiramma Sambaralu'.
Demanding that the government to concede the genuine demands of the teachers who were on strike since last ten days, the TDP leader alleged that Minister was unconcerned about the future of one crore students.
He demanded that the government remove State Panchayat Raj Minister J C Diwakar Reddy and Smallscale Industries Minister G Surya Rao from the cabinet for the former's alleged involvement in the land syndicate in East Godavari district as alleged by the latter.
The ruling Congress government had also failed to implement the election promises of proviidng 2.5 lakh free power connections in the state, he said.
