Rohtak, Oct 30 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today said the BJP-INLD alliance in the state would be totally ineffective, saying it was like 'zero plus zero'.
''If we add zero to zero, the end result is zero. Similar will be the result of the BJP-INLD alliance in the state,'' he said while talking to reporters here.
Mr Hooda the leaders of both the parties were defeated lot and the people had tested them several times.
He alleged that both these parties were power hungry and motivated by self interests. They had nothing to do with the interests of the people and entered into this ''unholy alliance'' only with a view to grabbing power.
He said the people of the state knew these parties and their leaders well and they would teach them a good lesson in the elections.
To a question, he said the Congress high command would select the candidate for the coming Lok Sabha elections. Development would be the main plank of the Congress in the state in the coming elections, he added.
