{image-L&T logo_29102008.jpg news.oneindia.in}Dubai, Oct 29: India's construction conglomerate Larsen&Toubro (L&T) has secured Rs 30 crore (Dh 254 million) order from Dubai Lifestyle City LLC, a part of the ETA Star Group, for construction of a residential project.

A complex of 68 high-end Tuscan themed villas and 120 villettes has been proposed at Dubai Lifestyle City, which will offer the perfect choice of amenities to create a self-sufficient lifestyle community surrounded by fine five and four star hotels, Dubai Lifestyle City Managing Director Arif Rahmab said. ''Our decision to award the project to the Indian corporation as the main contractors, was reached on the basis that L&T are known for its strong customer-focused approach, superior quality projects and on-time delivery basis in the real estate industry,'' he said.

Dubai Lifestyle City has been conceptualised with a vision and passion for offering the ultimate in Haute Living that combines all the best in the world into an integrated living, the Khaleej Times said.
