Five two-wheeler riders killed in accidents

Bangalore, Oct 28 (UNI) Five people were killed on the spot in two separate road accidents near Kanakapur and Tumkur this morning.

Three people riding on a two-wheeler were killed when the vehicle collided with a government-owned Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation bus at Kemmale, near Kanakapur. They were on their way to the city, when the mishap occurred, police said.

Irate crowd gathered at the accident spot and set the bus ablaze.

In the other accident, two motorcycle riders were killed when their vehicle rammed against a lorry near Tumkur, police added.
