Bhupathi 7th, Paes 8th in ATP doubles standings

New Delhi, Oct 28 (UNI) Mahesh Bhupathi failed to register an upward climb in the ATP doubles rankings despite winning the Swiss Indoor tournament in Basel on Sunday.

Bhupathi is ranked seventh with 3295 points while estranged doubles partner Leander Paes held on to the eighth spot with 3025 points.

In the women's section, Sania Mirza climbed one spot to 97th in the singles rankings. She is at the 62nd place in the doubles ranking while in doubles she lost three places to be placed 62nd.
