Bhopal, Oct 27: Control rooms working round the clock will be set up at district election offices across Madhya Pradesh till completion of the Assembly election process.
Polling in all 230 assembly segments is scheduled on November 25 and counting on December 8.
In a directive to all District Collectors, Chief Electoral Officer has directed to deploy senior officials having substantial knowledge of conducting elections in shifts at all control rooms.
Meanwhile, the Election Commission has clarified that expenses on the visits of star campaigners of political parties would not be included in the candidate's expenditures. From the day of filing nominations to declaration of results, the candidates or their polling agents would have to maintain all records of expenditure.
