New Delhi, Oct 27 (UNI) Australian vice-captain Michael Clarke today said his team is not at all bothered about the formidable Indian record at the Feroz Shah Kotla ground here and added that his side was keenly looking forward to square the series in the third Test which begins here from October 29.
India has an amazing record at Kotla ground and haven't lost a single Test in last 21 years with captain Anil Kumble being a responsible force for the home team's great record.
However, Clarke does not want to read too much out of that record and said, ''We are 0-1 down, we have to win this match and we are looking forward to play well.'' ''India played quite well in Mohali but we've taken the positives out of the last two Tests and are concentrating hard on this Test,'' Clarke told mediapersons after his team's practise session today.
He said the team has been preparing well for the challenge and bouncing back in the series will not be a very tough task.
''Hopefully, it'll not be very difficult to make a come back in the series. Every Test is a tough challenge. We have been preparing well and all the guys in the squad are in fantastic shape,'' he added.
On his personal batting performance in the series, Clarke said he was well aware of his responsibilities as a batsman and as the vice-captain of the team.
''I was playing well in the second innings at Mohali and hopefully, I will come good this time at Delhi,'' he hoped.
Pace bowler Stuart Clark, who could not play the second Test at Mohali due to an injury, was also seen practising with the teammates not only today but yesterday as well.
''He looks good. He had a long bowling and fielding session today and could well be included in the playing XI with two more days still left in the match to start,'' he conceded.
The right-handed batsman further noted that though the pitch does look a good one to bat, he said, with still more than a full day left for the match, anything was possible.
''I saw the pitch and it looks good to bat. But still more than 24 hours are left and anything can happen with it. So finally, we'll have to wait for that particular day to say how the pitch would play,'' he replied.
