Patna, Oct 26 (UNI) Chief minister Nitish Kumar will lead an all party delegation to New Delhi tomorrow to meet Prime minister Manmohan Singh on assaults on Bihari students in Maharashtra recetnly.

Official sources here today informed that apart from the Bihar Chief Minister, the the delegation would comprise several cabinet ministers and leaders of both the ruling JD(U) and opposition parties including the RJD, LJP, CPI and the CPI(M).

The delegation members are expected to call on the Prime Minister at 1700 hours tomorrow.

The decision to take a combined delegation to the Prime Minister to apprise him of the situation created after the unprovoked attacks by MNS activists on north Indians, particularly on Biharis in Maharashtra, was taken at an all party meeting here on October 23 after largescale violence broke out in different parts of Bihar in protest.

Meanwhile, the Nationalist Congress Party's Bihar unit president Upendra Khuswaha condemning the unprovoked attaks on Bihari students by MNS activists on last Sunday, demanded immediate banning of the organisation by the Centre.
