Fuchs files case against Warren Alemao

Panaji, Oct 24 (UNI) Ms Fadela Fuchs, who had alleged that her minor daughter was sexually harassed by Goa Education Minister Atanasio Monserrate's son Rohit Monserrate, today filed a complaint against the nephew of state PWD Minister Churchill Alemao, Warren Alemao, on similar charges.

In her complaint, Ms Fuchs stated that Warren came to visit her daughter at the hospital, where she was admitted between September 17-23.

Ms Fuchs have the police the details of Ms Padmini Batra, who has allegedly been in communication with the girl to pressurize her not to give a statment or undergo medical examination. She handed over to the police the text details of nine other obscene SMSes, received by her minor daughter from various other mobile numbers.

She urged the police to check all the incoming and outgoing calls and SMSs received on the old mobile number of her daughter so that the police could nail down all those responsible for sexually abusing her daughter.

Meanwhile, Ms Fuch's lawyer Aires Rodrigues telephonically briefed the German consul General Walter Stechel at Mumbai, on the details of the case.
