Two-day 28th bi-annual session of Railway Mazdoor Sangh begins
Rajkot, Oct 22 (UNI) A two-day 28th bi-annual session of Railway Mazdoor Sangh began here this afternoon at the Rajkot Kothi Compound Railway sports ground.
The session began in the presence of General Secretary of National Federation of Indian Railwaymen M Raghavaiya and General Secretary of Railway Mazdoor Sangh J G Mahoorkar.
Nearly 2000 workers of six division of Gujarat will Parliament in the session.
Union Minister of State for Railway Naran Rathwa and Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh were likely to attend the session tomorrow, said a spokesman of the Mazdoor Sangh.
Before the beginning of the session, the members had discussed several issues related to railway, including the anomalies in the grade of the Central's Sixth Wage Board Pay Commission.
