Singapore Investment Corp hikes stake in ICSA(India)
Hyderabad, Oct 22 (UNI) ICSA (India) today announced the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation Pvt Ltd, along with its sub-accounts, has increased its equity stake in the company through open market purchases to the tune of 1,59,771 shares.
Their shareholding, post acquisition of these shares, stands at 33,31,930 shares, representing 7.14 percent of equity share capital of the company, a press release here said.
Recently, Goldman Sachs had acquired 17.50 lakh equity shares in the company by exercising their right of conversion for warrants held by them.
