Hyderabad, Oct 22 (UNI) The Emergency Management and Research Institute (EMRI) would organise a three-day Transforming Emergency Management Conference here from February 5, next year to bring together the national and international policy makers and experts in the field of Emergency Management.
Talking to newspersons here yesterday, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the EMRI Venkat Changavalli said 400 delegates from developed and developing countries would attend the conference to share their experiences in the medical emergency management.
Mr Venkat said attention was focused on major health emergencies as well as other important areas such as Public Private Partnerships.
The objective of the Conference was to reap multiple benefits for various stakeholders, policy makers, government officials and students, he added.
Mr Venkat said EMRI, apart from Andhra Pradesh, also provides services in Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Goa, Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan with Satyam Computers as a Technology Partner.
