'' By December, Uttarakhand and Punjab will hold elections and around 4-5 election commissioners will oversee the electoral arrangements,'' he said and added that he wanted to see more and more youngsters contest elections.

Mr Gandhi would later visit Almora district of the state and meet students of the NSUI there.
