New Delhi, Oct 20 (UNI) The BJP today rubbished reports about large-scale "disaffection" in its legislature party ranks in Uttarakhand and said the party president had not received any letter of protest from the party MLAs of the state.
Reacting to reports suggesting that a sizeable section of party MLAs had lodged a protest against the leadership, BJP spokesperson Prakash Jawadekar said the party MLAs, leaders and the Government were all working in unison.
This was reflected in the spectacular victory the party had achieved in the recently concluded Panchayat Raj and local body elections.
He said the party was in constant touch with the party units and the leadership was committed to take the party workers along and there was no truth in the news reports that were coming from the state.
