Nine killed in road accident
Lucknow, Oct 19 (UNI) At least nine persons were killed and six others sustained serious injuries when a car collided with a mini-truck in Shahjahapur district of Uttar Pradesh, police said today.
The incident occurred in Allaganj area late last night, in which a Bolero heading towards Farrukhabad dashed against a mini-truck coming from the opposite direction.
Nine persons succumbed on the spot, whereas six others received grievous injuries.
The injured have been admitted to hospital where the condition of two is stated to be critical.
