Devotee to dedicate furnished building in Nanded
Nanded, Oct 18 (UNI) To facilitate the stay of visiting devotees at the ongoing tercentenary celebration of Guru Gobind Singh 'Guru-da-Gaddi' here, a Delhi-based industrialist, Ranji Singh Saluja, will dedicate a well-furnished building on October 22 in the presence of the Panch Pyares.
The building, built on 11,000 sq ft area, has 45 well-furnished rooms and is close to the Sachkhand Gurudwara.
Mr Saluja, despite his busy schedule, has been coming to the city since 1993. He will render service to the Guru for 13 days.
He decided to construct a building for the devotees after he was not provided with a room during one of his visits.
His proposal was immediately sanctioned by the administration of the Gurudwara and a piece of land was allotted for the purpose.
The newly constructed building has television set in every room with a facility to view live telecast of the progrmmes conducted at the Gurudwara.
For the sake of the devotees, Mr Saluja had also constructed a building at Banda ghat in 2003 on behalf of the Ranjit Singh Saluja Sevabhavi Sanstha.
