Moscow, Oct 18 (UNI) Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will arrive in New Delhi tomorrow to discuss the preparations for the summit-level talks during the visit of President Dmitry Medvedev in early December.
This would be president Medvedev's maiden visit to India in the capacity of Russian President.
During the annual regular summit with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, the two sides are expected to sign a number of agreements, including in the civil nuclear sphere.
Russia and India are currently preparing to sign a bilateral nuclear agreement in February 2008.
Under the agreement, Russia will help build another four reactors at Kudankulam nuclear power plant, which so far has two.
Further nuclear cooperation is also envisaged.
Mr Lavrov would discuss ''all issues concerning arrangements for the summit'' on Monday with his Indian counterpart Pranab Mukherjee and the Prime Minister, RIA Novosti news agency reported, quoting Minister-Counselor Andrei Sorokin in New Delhi.
