Ansal Housing launches residential project in Alwar

New Delhi, Oct 17 (UNI) Ansal Housing and Construction Ltd today launched its residential project ''Ansal Town'' at Alwar in Rajasthan.

''As a premier real estate developer, we believe in creating assets for life. We are proud to announce the launch of our upcoming residential project, 'Ansal Town', in Alwar,'' company GM (Marketing) Dharmendr Jain said.

Spread over 42 acres, the project will provide the residents essential amenities like club with swimming pool, school, commercial and well maintained parks within the township, the city-based realty player said in a statement.

The township will be the first of its kind in the region and has been planned to set a new standard of luxury and style, he added.

Ansal Housing, set up in 1983, has projects worth Rs 6,000 crore in hand with a land bank of over 2,000 acres.

The company has developed world-class townships, residential complexes, commercial complexes, retail spaces, hotels and movie halls.
