Delhi CM inaugurates 3-day IFSEC India exhibition

New Delhi, Oct 16 (UNI) IFSEC India 2008, the largest security event for security professionals and exhibitors, was inaugurated by Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dixit here today.

In the three-day event, where over 200 exhibitors from different parts of the globe are participating in this event and are showcasing a gamut of latest products.

The co-location of IFSEC India with Firex India is providing the ideal platform for visitors to learn about the latest security and fire safety products from across the globe.

The event features a comprehensive educational programme delivering vital knowledge. Presented by a host of international experts, the seminar topics include Code&Standards for Fire Equipment, Fire Detection System, Fire Suppression Solution, Cutting Edge Technologies in Security, Emerging Security Trends.

The exhibition also provides the gateway for global security and fire safety professionals to access Asian markets in general and the Indian market in particular.

India's security and fire market is currently worth 620 million dollars with major demand for security products coming from the defence and IT vertical markets.
