Explosives recovered from ultras hideout in Giridih
Giridih, Oct 14 (UNI) Police today recovered explosives from a hideout of CPI (Maoist) ultras, located at the low-lying areas of Parasnath hills under Peertand police station in this district.
Official sources said the recovery was made during raids being conducted in the area.
''Two landmines, 500 kg of gelatine, 50 bundles of codex wire used in making mines, a bag of detonators and about 25 live cartridges were kept inside a dry water tank,'' police said.
The raids were still on.
