New Delhi, Oct 13 : A major fire at a calendar factory in New Delhi gutted property worth millions of rupees today.
Thirty-five fire engines were called in to douse the fire after a call was received this morning.
"We got a call about the fire and rest things would be known from the people who might be here. We had access from front and backside. There was a danger of building collapse, therefore dousing of fire was delayed a bit," said R.C. Choudhary, Chief Fire Officer, Delhi Fire Service.
The reasons of the fire and the magnitude of loss were being ascertained.
