BoM CMD Pereira in Vidarbha from tomorrow
Nagpur, Oct 12 (UNI) Bank of Maharashtra (BoM) Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) Allen C A Pereira will be on a four-day visit to Vidarbha region of Maharashtra from tomorrow.
During his tour, Mr Pereira is scheduled to visit 'Anandwan' Ashram, founded for leprosy patients by noted social worker and Magsaysay Award winner late Baba Amte, in Chandrapur district, according to a bank press release here.
Later, Mr Pereira would visit the Lokbiradari project at Hemalkasa, run by Magsaysay Award winner and son of Baba Amte Dr Prakash Amte, it said.
The CMD is also scheduled to attend a branch managers' conference in Amravati region and review the farmers awareness campaign being run by the bank there, the release said.
Mr Pereira would preside over a branch managers' conference here, before returning to Pune, it also said.
