Going by the adage 'Prevention is better than cure' the WDA Director Education said the education programme would go a long way in preventing the young and budding sportspersons from using performance enhancing drugs from an early age.

The high profile sports and the sportspersons suffer from the malady of doping and we would like to make them understand and realise about the ill effects of the drugs, Mr Koehler said.

In order to make the new programme more interesting, lively and athletes friendly, we would be hosting quiz programmes, interacting sessions with players.
