PoK trade delegation to arrive in Jammu tomorrow

Jammu, Oct 11 (UNI) A 19-member delegation of the traders of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) will arrive here tomorrow.

The delegation is on a week-long visit to finalise modalities for trade on both sides of the border.

The delegation, led by its president Zulfikar Abbasi, would reach in the afternoon at around 1530 hrs at Jammu airport and would be received by the members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), Jammu.

'' The delegation will arrive tomorrow and stay here for three days. The trade across the border will be discussed with them during thses days,'' Ram Sahai, president CCI told UNI.

Mr Sahai added that local goods and products would also be shown to the delegation besides discussing rates and cost prices.

Meanwhile, during their visit, the delegation would visit the exhibition of handicrafts and other goods and would go to Suchetgarh-Sialkot Border.

The visit would conclude with a cultural programme to be organised by the Department of Tourism and the team would leave for Srinagar on October 15.
